OK so quick review of the solution, got 97%:

1) question delotta about the night before and get as much details as possible
2) always ignore rucca
3) starts with making sure dahlia goes to see elaina, don't get distracted
4) have sex with elaina (easiest dialogue option)
5) call your bank and when they don't answer fix the SUV
6) offer to take sindee to the airport, be humble and agree to go to her room (sex)
6 bis) Keep touring the villa
7) First time seeing kelly I haven't seen a lot of good options, seems to not matter. If in doubt, pay her a compliment.
8) Then for britney this is the difficult one: you need to first reply with caution, then tell her about your problems, then confront her when you feel she is nervous and get as much infos as possible.
9) Call stephanie and get as much info as possible
10) call kelly, offer a drink and at her home, suggest a third option(sex)
