You turn the wrong valve, i got confused as well. There are 3 main valves, but a small hidden valve to the left, thats the one you're after.

I mean the white bar on the top with text takes longer to load, i guess 0,5-1 second it takes to load. Then like half a second later the orange "next" botton appear slowly from the side. It's not a specific thing that goes slower, it's in generel. Contrary to flash where it loads instantly, probably because it's in lower resolution.
